Administrative Team: General office and administrative tasks
Registration Table Staff: Check in kids as they arrive. Distribute parent cards. Answer questions about Westwinds Kids. Explain Westwinds Kids to guests and assist in signing in their kids. Replace parent cards after service.
Crowd Control: Assist Small Group Leaders with keeping kids on track.
Large Group Leader: Present curriculum creatively to kids in a large group setting. Review biblical principles with games and scripts presented in the program curriculum
Small Group Leader: Provide life application of the material presented in large group time. Build relationships and intentionally shepherd kids. Facilitate activity and discussion as provided by the curriculum.
Worship Leader: Lead kids in worship during large group setting.
