There is usually some degree of housekeeping to talk through but Hivemind is designed to give feed-forward, feedback, develop us as Jesus followers, celebrate, look ahead, etc. Business meetings are like lists. Hivemind is like a book of short stories and conversation around the campfire.
Are there things talked about at Hivemind I may not hear about anywhere else? Yes. It's not a secret society but there is inside information and opportunity for you to give input and ask questions.
