Would you believe that Norma has been around Westwinds for over 20 years now? That's only two years shy of when Westwinds began at Sharp Park School in 1987. Gosh, where has all the time gone? Her current position is assistant to Dave McDonald is mostly what keeps her here. He's the best boss ever, and there isn't anything about her job that she doesn't like...even the part of keeping him well supplied with coffee. She does whatever it takes to make his job easier so that he can maximize his gifts here without being bogged down with miscellaneous details.

In March of 2008 she was introduced to Con (short for Conway) and shortly thereafter they were married in sunny Florida. Between them they have 8 children and 12 grandchildren. They are kept busy traveling from one end of the country to the other (and even Brazil) for family visits. Still living at home is their 13th child, a cat named Lance.

The best thing about Norma's job is all of the opportunities that she has to learn from our integrity-filled staff. They are world class people and the greatest teachers ever. Westwinds staff has the potential to do great things for Jackson and the world.

In her spare time Norma enjoys old movies, good wine, walking, driving, and traveling in general.
